In the 2014 Value Index for Workforce Management, the companies that deliver the highest value on an overall weighted-evaluation basis are Kronos, Ceridian and Infor, which earned the Hot Vendor rating. They are followed by Oracle, WorkForce Software, ADP, SumTotal Systems, SAP, Empower and Workplace, which all earned the next-level rating of Warm.

The Value Index is not just a selection of "cool" products, and rather than evaluating a vendor primarily on its vision or market execution, the Index provides specific numerical ratings, both overall and for each of the seven components of the Value Index, for a technology buyer to consider.
