        Our firm over twenty years has worked to do our best in equality in our hiring practice and resulting workforce. Today, our workforce is balanced with 50% represented by women, and since our beginning our hiring has represented 47% women. Our diversity of color today represents 14% of our workforce, and our hiring since the beginning has represented 17%. We know there is more we can do and is a fundamental principle that is considered in every recruitment and resulting hiring decision.
