The consulting, advisory, research and education (CARE) segments constitute the firm’s product portfolio, demonstrating our commitment to the needs of the market and, in turn, helping organizations effectively use their people, processes, information and technology. The hallmark of the products is their alignment to the parties need for an effective product and client experience, which we call the Ventana eXperience. To achieve the firms potential, its mission and revenue growth, we require innovation in the product portfolio that satisfies clients and their audiences through new forms of engagement and experiential interaction. 

The director of digital products is responsible for continuous management and enhancement of the product portfolio value to ensure their effective engagement and distinctive competitive advantageInnovation and product improvement will serve both the firm’s community and its clients. The position works collaboratively with the firm’s client, marketing, analyst and product teams to assess and implement the innovation and improvement to product experiences  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Management and planning for continuous product innovation and experiences 
  • Manage the overall research and development process for new digital products 
  • Collaborate with clients and to marketing, clientproduct and analyst teams to facilitate effective product improvement 
  • Deploy monthly and quarterly improvements to ensure improvement to value from clients’ investment 
  • Identify and deploy new digital improvements to the Ventana eXperience, including the Ventana On-Demand client portal and VentanaResearch.com web community 

This is a new position that will report to the SVP of Products and work closely with the CEO and Chief Research Officer. 

Desired Skills & Experience 

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in digital products and the effective development and deployment of them. The individual will have demonstrated skills in digital technology lifecycles from concept to design and from implementation to maintenance. Excellent analytical, prototypical and usability skills, effectively thrive in a team-based environment, and be proficient in the use of digital technologies, including but not limited to HubSpot, web survey platforms, HTML, and scripting across web and mobile platforms. 

The candidate is skilled at developing interactive and online experiences for engaging audiences in an educational and informative manner. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across mediums and good prioritization and time management skills are requiredWe seek an individual who is passionate about expanding the opportunity for the firm.

To achieve the firm’s potential, its mission and revenue growth, we require a resource dedicated to advancing our digital production and quality standards. 

The product manager is responsible for executing and enhancing the product and production processes and quality control for the product portfolio. The position works collaboratively with the firm’s client success, marketing, analyst and product teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality. 

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Review product deliverables prior to publication to ensure high quality, consistency and adherence to our stylistic guidelines. 
  • Create licensed files for clients using company standard formats and guidelines. 
  • Post content to the CMS including Analyst Perspectives, Market Perspectives, web landing pages and other key materials to ensure timely and accurate deliverables and research launches. 
  • Maintain and create process and workflow documents related to the C.A.R.E. product lines and needs of related teams, including research analysts and directors, marketing and client success. 
  • Govern consistent file management in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. Revise product lifecycle templates for usability and optimal productivity.
  • Assist in shaping the firm’s overall content quality workflows to ensure we are delivering on the Ventana eXperience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, client, product and analyst teams to facilitate effective process improvement.
  • Deploy monthly and quarterly improvements to processes, templates and style guides. 

This is a new position that will report to the SVP of Products and work closely with the product line leaders and marketing. 

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in quality assurance, digital workflow, content management or program management. 
  • Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to coordinate across multiple functions and convey complex concepts simply and clearly. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage requests in a fast-paced environment. 
  • An eye for high-quality digital design, communications and marketing, and an ability to identify process improvement. 
  • A strong work ethic and proactive contributor in a team environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Preferred: Experience with CMS platforms such as Hubspot and familiarity with digital content marketing principles.
  • Preferred: The individual will have demonstrated skills in digital technology lifecycles from concept to design and from implementation to maintenance. Familiarity with document management processes such as workflow management, risk management, quality assurance and operations.

The position is actively engaged with SVP Products and Chief Research Officer in collaboration with the analyst and product teams to support our program and project management processes. Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Support the thought leadership of the analyst team to engage the industry.
  • Support the research programs through technology vendors and their products in preparation for analysis and delivery.
  • Support research processes and workflow to ensure deliverables meet scheduled timeline commitments.
  • Support of technology vendor market coverage with Research Directors.
  • Assist in the develop of analyst perspectives about the industry and technology vendors and products.
  • Collaborate with Analyst and Product teams to contribute to the success in our direct market efforts.
  • Participate in Analyst team meetings to help with overall improvement and deliverables.

The successful candidate will offer the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in performing entry level product marketing or product management work in technology industry.
  • Entry level experience in the areas of human capital management (HCM) and office of finance areas of technology.
  • Desire to learn and gain knowledge of business technology industry
  • High level of interest in supporting market research programs.
  • Extremely dependable and adaptable to change and priorities of the firm.
  • Strong communication skills across digital mediums.
  • Skills-related writing and presentation are essential.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced company environment.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a related discipline.

The individual will oversee the research agenda related to Data or Analytics expertise areas and work closely with the Products team to bring both experience and subject matter expertise into primary market research products including: Analyst Perspectives, Benchmark Research, Dynamic Insights and Value Index. The VP & Research Directors work with Ventana Research clients that directly supported through a partnership between the Client Success and Product teams to ensure the best possible client satisfaction, known as the Ventana eXperience. The individual should bring leadership and will work closely with Account and Business Development teams to contribute to the client and revenue growth of the firm.

The position requires a passion for excellence and to the Ventana Research products by helping in market research of technology buyers and technology vendors and products to generate the highest quality insights. Active engagement and teamwork with the Product and Client Success teams in executing program and project management processes. By working collaboratively with analyst peers and research analysts, this position ensures that the reliability of the educational products reflects the expertise and research-based insights that are a key element of Ventana Research’s competitive differentiation. This position will report to the organization’s CEO and Chief Research Officer.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Provide thought leadership in the Data or Analyst expertise areas to anticipate and satisfy the needs of clients and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with technology vendors across marketing, sales and product departments.
  • Guide organizations and buyers on the education of the market and selection of vendors and products to meet their requirements.
  • Monitor and facilitate processes and workflow to ensure critical research and client deliverables meet scheduled timeline commitments.
  • Collaborate with account and client success teams to achieve success through direct support of the marketing, sales and client success efforts.
  • Participate in analyst leadership and team meetings to help with overall improvement, innovation and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will offer the following qualifications:

  • Decade+ of experience being a thought leader as industry analyst and/or head of product marketing / management at a recognized technology vendor.
  • Previous experience providing guidance in strategy and planning.
  • Knowledge of business technology industry in area of Analytics or Data.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage the with a well-developed point of view.
  • Extremely dependable and adaptable to change and priorities of the firm.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with industry leaders.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities yielding positive results.
  • Demonstrated writing and presentation skills are essential.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a fast-paced company environment.
  • BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science or a related discipline.
