Ventana Research has announced the promotion of Dana Billingsley from VP of Finance and Administration to SVP of Finance and Administration. In this new capacity, Dana has executive-level responsibility in supporting the CEO and the firm’s strategic level growth and overall guidance to the firm’s finance and workforce efforts. Dana is currently responsible for the financial and people leadership of the firm from its accounting, human resources, legal, and administrative functions globally.

Since joining Ventana Research as a contracted worker in 2013, Dana was invited to become a full-time employee in 2019 and was hired as VP of Finance and Administration. Since that time, Dana has helped streamline the firm’s finances, accounting, contracts, employee benefits, payroll, retirement, regulatory, tax, expense, and legal and supported Ventana Research’s workforce needs. Prior to joining the firm, Dana managed her own accounting and campaign finance business and previously worked as a paralegal and legal assistant, bringing over 30 years of experience to her role at Ventana Research.
