Ventana Research announced today the 30 finalists of the 15th Annual Digital Innovation Awards. These awards identify the top technologies and products that have the most striking impact in their respective markets, recognizing pioneering vendors that contribute advancements in technology, drive change and increase value for organizations worldwide. This year’s finalists represent a significant wave of technological advancements in use of AI (artificial intelligence) and ML (machine learning) infused across tools and applications demonstrating substantive advancements, that from our analysis, have the most significant impact to the technology industry.

The Digital Innovation Awards cover 10 categories aligned to our expertise areas: Analytics, Data, Customer Experience, Digital Business, Digital Technology, Human Capital Management, Marketing, Office of Finance, Office of Revenue and Operations & Supply Chain, along with an Overall Award. Nominations were open to organizations across business and IT, technology vendors and consulting firms. Award finalists were judged by the subject matter expert analyst team at Ventana Research, which scored the submissions on digital innovation that most successfully maximizes the value in an impact to organization’s assets – its people, processes, information and technology. The winners in each category, along with the overall winner, will be announced forthcoming.
