Mark has held CMO, research and product development roles at research and software companies. Mark started Ventana Research more than a decade ago; he has worked in the software industry for 25 years leading innovations in research and technology. Mark was rated the 2011 software industry analyst of the year by The Institute of Industry Analyst Relations (IIAR). Mark is also ranked as one of the top ten technology influencers in 2012 by Human Resources Executive magazine.

Chandra is a Director of Product Marketing with Salesforce Maps and brings over 15 years of strategy, product and marketing experience to her role at Salesforce. She focuses on turning strategies into meaningful results and has firsthand experience in helping sales teams make the most of their territories.
Before joining Salesforce, she worked as a marketing leader for various sales and marketing technology start-ups including Engagio, Helium and C9. Prior to her start-up career, she held leadership roles in innovation and product strategy for Wells Fargo's Digital Channels Group and in management consulting for Arthur D. Little.
She also has a BS from M.I.T and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
