PeopleFluent is Innovative and Overall Leader in Learning Management

We are happy to share some insights about PeopleFluent drawn from our latest Value Index research, Ventana Research Value Index: Learning Management, which assesses how well vendors’ offerings meet buyers’ requirements.

PeopleFluent’s provides a learning management system that provides and tracks training, to measure its effectiveness. In addition, PeopleFluent’s platform provides certificates and creates an environment for continuous learning.

PeopleFluent was categorized as an Innovative Vendor, ranking second overall in this Value Index evaluation.

In all of our Value Indexes we utilize a structured research methodology that includes evaluation categories designed to reflect real-world criteria incorporated in a request for proposal (RFP) and vendor selection process for analytics and business intelligence. We evaluated PeopleFluent and 13 other vendors in seven categories, five relevant to the product (Adaptability, Capability, Manageability, Reliability and Usability) and two related to the vendor (TCO/ROI and vendor Validation). To arrive at the Value Index rating for a given vendor, we weighted each category to reflect its relative importance in an RFP process, with the weightings based on our experience and on data derived from our benchmark research on learning management.

PeopleFluent was categorized as an Innovative Vendor, ranking second overall in this Value Index evaluation. It ranked second in Product Experience, where it was designated a Value Index Leader in Usability and Capability. It ranked 13th in Customer Experience. Its overall performance was impacted by its lower rankings in TCO/ROI and Validation, which represent 20% of the weighting in the overall Value Index.

Our assessment finds that PeopleFluent could perform better by examining its placement as 13th in TCO/ROI and the information and support it provides customers to develop a business case for the product. In the Validation category, where it ranked ninth, it could examine the levels of support and balance between partner and vendor services offered to its customers.

This assessment was based on PeopleFluent’s PeopleFluent Learning 22.11 products available in November of 2022.
