Our trusted research partner, Ventana Research, is conducting a short survey on the topic of Performance Scorecards and Dashboards. Do scorecards, dashboards and performance alerts really bring about strategic alignment? Do they facilitate the best use of a company’s resources and coordinate the efforts of every member of the organization? If yes, what makes them successful? If no, what’s missing and going wrong?
